The car has been shipped to the UK from Hollywood, California USA. It just passed the MOT and just received the tax disc and ID plates. The car has never been in a rain storm and naturally has no rust. The car of coarse has a left hand drive and an automatic transmission which was just completely rebuilt and only has 414 miles on it. The transmission also has a customized 800 stall speed torque converter! The car was restored in two phases the fully customized engine is balanced and blueprinted, the rods and end caps have been reconditioned with custom pistons, the crank was polished and it also has a racing timing chain with a high performance oil pump. The head has been ported, polished, c-c'd and dyna-flowed with 3 way angle cut on the valves and titanium retainers and keepers. The heads oil drainage holes were milled out for better oil re-circulation. The engine also has a custom made ceramic coated exhaust header! The fuel injectors have been balanced and blueprinted. All of the exterior silver spray painted parts on the engine that was cheaply done from the factory have now been chromed. The engine also has a custom flex fan for the radiator. There is 30, 842 miles on the engine and most of the car. There is 414 miles on the transmission, fuel pump, fuel pump relay switch, tires, battery and hoses. Only 6 miles on wiper blades, plugs, points, distributor cap, oil change and radiator fluid. The fake wood grain contact paper on the dash was pulled off and replaced with elm burl wood, stained with India ink and then 61 coats of clear was applied. The cigarette lighter and ashtray have never been used! The grill is a one of a kind hand-made piece of craftsmanship. The suspension bushings have all been replaced along with the ball joints and shock absorbers. The drive shaft has been spin balanced to 200 miles per hour. I have had the car up to 135 miles per hour and still had 1/ 4 pedal left, but I had to back out of it, since I ran out of straight motorway.
I have now run out of money and all it needs now is for the two front seats to be re-upholstered and a new back bumper. The paint is nice and glossy but it is cracking due to having too much paint on the car. There are a total of 5 color changes due to very hot sun in California oxidizing the paint jobs.
