renault Alpine, A310, 2700cc V6, RHD
MOT til august '09, tax til end of Jan '10
White with a splash of red to brighten it up (not to cover any accident damage, it just looked boring and dull!!!)
The engine has had a new water pump, and alternator, and then topped off with a set of 3C weber carbs, (thise a 2 triple choke weber carbs on the correct manifolds, 40mm chokes, NOT the rally spec 46mm, it is a road car after all, and have you seen the price of petrol!!!) we do have the original manifold and carbs, so if you do get bored, take them off and sell them to a 911 owner! it has freeflow exhaust manifolds, and a stainless Devil exhaust.
The car is Right Hand Drive, the car was never offered with the steering wheel on the proper side, so this private conversion joins the only other in this country! it was done properly, not a quick lash up. There are pics to show the work through the process. the result is exactly the same as the original, just the wheel and pedals are on the right side!
It has it's original 3 slot 13 inch alloy wheels!
The interior is cream leather with red carpet, it could do with tidying, but is perfectly useable (and showable if you're not too picky!)
It turns, goes, and stops like it should, and definately turns heads!
