New MOT, prepared and ready to go. Everything about this car supports being well looked after from the original factory seams to four matched tyres with plenty of tread.
Huge History File including purchase invoice (£17, 900) detailing factory option electric sunroof and metallic paint and previous mot’s. Two keys plus the Red security key, manuals, service book, tools, wheel locks etc etc.
A really very very smart and well looked after example of a great and charming little car. Beautiful Pininfarina Lines and so Tasteful. Really very few unmolested honest cars with history remain, here is one of the best left.
It has only done 121, 000 fully documented miles from delivery invoice onwards.
I shall as I always do describe the main areas.
Bodywork:- This car looks quite stunning and although these cars can and do rust this one shows very little evidence of it. The body is virtually unmarked, just a few tiny little door dinks in the very vulnerable long and deeply curved doors which you have to look hard for.
No noticeable damage at all and much of the paint appears original with only localised areas the expert eye can tell have been painted. The wheel arches are all spot on with a rot free lips, just a tiny amount of surface corrosion touched over on the very edge of the rear arch lips.
All lips and edges look great and it is I feel in a cracking colour for one of these.
Interior and Trim:- This is a surprisingly spacious little car which will take kids with ease, it also has a folding part to the rear seats for longer loads!
The car excels inside and it is near enough unmarked. It has correct tailored mats with “Coupe” in it helping to explain mint carpets with no tears or nicks. The seats have no holes, tears or major wear.
The boot looks unused and the inside panels/ seams evidence no crash repairs by looking original.
All switches etc work with exception of the interior alarm which is switched off and the key missing to switch it on in the glovebox.
The originally extra fitted Clarion Cassette, Radio with CD stack in the boot is still fitted with the instructions and invoice in the paperwork.... delightful. Cost on 2/ 8/ 1996 when the car was 1 day registered was £324!
Mechanics:- The car drives as it should and has just had a new flexi exhaust section which is a pig of a job as well as both rear radius arms done (another pig to do!).
It runs on four matched quality Pirelli P6000 tyres nearly new to the front and about half worn to rear.
There is nothing really to say, it drives as a well maintained car should.
What is worth mentioning are some more recent larger invoices from the history.

Service under 2000 miles ago with plugs, synthetic oil etc.
New Lambda Sensor about 5000 miles
Alternator about 9000 miles
Cambelt, and Water Pump about 16000 Miles.
Front and Rear Discs about 18000 miles
2 very recent Pirelli tyres and 2 half worn
Complete Rear radius arms just done as well as exhaust flexi. pipe.

Summary:- This car is excellent and honest in every respect. It has one of the best history files I have had in a long time and it looks just right.
You can buy it and use it immediately and clearly it has been cherished.
Totally as it should be, original wheels, original fitted extra audio, all the bills including the purchase invoice and a new MOT. A huge history file that you can’t put a price on, which shows it has received the correct attention.
Desirable factory extras including electric sunroof and metallic paint.
So much car for so little money.
