This car has had some renovation by us including a respray, underbody attention, and returning the the original Limited Edition specification.
This MGB GT LE was finished in pewter metallic with silver side stripes and stripped a silver grey interior. The Limited edition only came in two colours and this is better in our view
The Limited Edition GT featured was mainly produced to celebrate 50 years of production. At that time there were only about 500 made so it was rare then and even rarer now
The car has been resprayed by us to original Pewter (this was not back to bare metal) and had other cosmetic changes such as the correct steering wheel, chrome sill covers, removal of wood effect fascia, replacement rear bumper, three new tyres and other bits like rocker cover, air filter, new C panels
We originally acquired the vehicle from an estate where and the car was stored for a number of years and whilst we were promised a good history it has not materialised, but may yet, however best to assume it is lost. A look at the history does support the low mlieage.
