An immaculate low mileage low ownership Rolls Royce Silver Shadow 2. This car has covered just 48, 000 miles & comes to us with no less then 33 service stamps in the original & duplicate service book required as the original was full!
The car was purchased by its first non-trade owner from the then RR dealership, Howells of Cardiff, having been their managing director's car... it was used as a Sunday car by a local accountant for many years and then passed down to his son, then grandson, so it remained in the same family between 1981 -2013, when the last owner purchased it. Until that time the car had never left Wales! The vehicle had 41, 000 miles on the clock when last bought.
The vehicle then went through a substantial refurbishment, with a bare metal respray (Rolls Royce/ Bentley approved body shop) in Caribbean blue, rechroming as necessary, the interior wood was refinished, the biscuit leather connollised, new lambswool over rugs made up & fitted, 4 new Avon white walls and mechanical work as necessary to bring the car up to first class condition. The car now runs and drives as new and has now covered around 48, 000 miles. Since then the car has resided in the sunny climes of Portugal.
Rarely do we see a Silver Shadow in such fine order. both looking & driving like new with a massive service history & low ownership chain. Simply put it is a pleasure to drive or be driven in, wafting along in unruffled silence with a softly undulating suspension. Do come & see it for yourselves.
