The outstanding traction capacity and unrivaled maneuverability of the Cooper and Cooper S versions of the MINI allowed them to compete between more powerful and larger cars in the most important events of the world competition.
In 1964 the Irishman Paddy Hopkirk won the Monte Carlo Rally in a MINI Cooper. This feat was repeated by two Finnish riders Timo Makinen and Rauno Aaltonen in 1965 and 1967 respectively.
This fantastic 1966 Austin Cooper S, matching numbers, in «Fiesta Yellow» with «Powder Blue / Gold Brocade Gray» interiors has been restored from A to Z and is in an impeccable state.
