Description

Fresh into stock this mind blowing Ducati 450S cafe racer! Converted in the late 90s by Cordioli Franco, Hobbi Moto, in Italy. It was bought fresh after the conversion by an English collector in November 1998 for 11, 000 Lira, about £4, 000, and till a week ago in remained in his collection, he never rode it, or even started. It has 'new' Avon Road runner tyres fitted, albeit from 1998, so you can see its never been used. The paintwork is probably the best we have ever seen, Borrani Rims and a custom made alloy fuel tank. The bike is very very light. The kick start lever, headlamp shell, number plate surround and clips on could benefit from re-chroming, to make this bike absolutely 100% or you could just call it patina!

With fresh fuel, a carb clean, new battery it starts first kick, sounds like a Goldie, and rides a lot better! The battery is just for the lights, it has electronic ignition and a magneto to power it. Everything works, but for an MOT we will fit a bicycle digital speedo. It has horn, brake light and high and low beam.

In the file that comes with the bike, is the original receipt, a copy of the bank transfer paying for the bike and Italian Title.
