Mr. White also applied the beautiful PPG single-stage black paint. The chrome restoration was performed by Sherm's Custom Plating in Sacramento, CA. This world-class body rests on a custom chassis fabricated by Texas Toolmakers of San Antonio, TX, and features Kugel Komponents independent front and rear suspensions which have been polished and chromed. A gorgeous black leather custom interior was installed by THE Gabe Lopez of San Bernadino, CA. Additional interior appointments include a custom dash with Classic Instruments 'Mooneyes' gauges, a glide seat, a Billet Specialties 'Fast Lane' steering wheel, and an Ididit tilt steering column turning a power rack-and-pinion steering system. Ample horsepower is provided by a GM ZZ572/ 620hp big block sporting a Demon 850cfm carburetor, Tru Trac serpentine drive, Flex-a-lite cross-flow radiator with dual electric fans, custom fabricated headers by Joe White, and a dual 3 stainless steel Tri-Y exhaust system. Power is routed through a GM 4L85E automatic overdrive transmission with auxiliary fan and radiator, then back to a Ford 9 rear end with 3. 50 gears. When the time comes to reign-in the horses, a Wilwood 4-wheel disc brake system featuring 13 discs and Hydroboost will inspire confidence every time you stop. Finally, Nitto NT-450 tires (255/ 50R17f, 275/ 50R17r) wrapped around steel wheels (17x7f| 17x9r) with original Ford hubcaps give her the perfect stance.
