This striking 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu is currently one of the shop favorites that everyone wants to drive. When the car arrived the first time (about 11 months ago) it was what we call a 'grandma's' car, or a very original car in excellent condition. The car was purchased soon afterward, and the new owner requested some exciting upgrades. Out came the original 283/ Powerglide and in went a '66 Corvette 327 (BCN 3858174) with a smooth-shifting Muncie 4-speed manual transmission. The engine is loaded with a host of quality performance parts including double-hump heads, Winters Foundry aluminum intake manifold (3794129), a Comp Cams hydraulic camshaft, a Holley carburetor, ceramic coated headers| HEI, and a Champion aluminum radiator. The interior features excellent upholstery, new carpet, power steering, power front-disc brakes, the original radio, and a Vintage Air air conditioning system to keep things cool.
