Welcome to StreetDreamsTexas as we celebrate our 18th year in the classic and muscle car business. Ford created an instant classic when they developed the 1955-1956 Crown Victoria from the '54 Skyliner. The stunning 'basket handle' trim that runs over the roof and across the headliner was a unique piece of styling that still looks fantastic 62 years later. A production run of only 2 years and under 45, 000 units combined with its timeless styling elevated the Crown Victoria to legendary status almost immediately. Our '55 Crown Vic accentuates its beautiful trim with its nicely contrasting Raven Black paint. The second and third owners of this beauty related a story wherein the original owner, a law enforcement officer of some standing, managed to order the Police Interceptor engine. While we don't have this documented, the strong 292 cid V8 (BCN ECZ 6015 A) runs extremely well and pulls like a mule! The car has good paint, good chrome and stainless trim, a clean dash, and the upholstery and headliner are outstanding. Features include power steering, power brakes, automatic transmission, air conditioning, a concealed stereo (glovebox), new wire wheels with new wide white wall radial tires, and a classy continental kit.
