General Motors' second generation F-bodies (1970-1981 Camaros and Firebirds) are finally getting the attention from collectors that the first generation cars have enjoyed for years. This highly optioned 1981 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 is a stellar example of the last year of the 2nd generation cars, having traveled a mere 18, 892 miles since new. Our Gold (54) chariot is loaded with standard and optional features including a 350 cid V8 (LM1), automatic transmission with locking torque converter (MXO), power steering, power brakes, power windows (A31), power door locks (AU3), power antenna (U75), air conditioning (C60), adjustable driver's seat back (AN6), heavy duty cooling (VO8), tilt steering column (N33), intermittent windshield wipers (CD4), limited slip differential (G80), aluminum wheels (N90), electric rear window defogger (C49), cruise control (K35), and the AM/ FM stereo with cassette (UN3). This is an extremely well cared for survivor that may have the best original interior extant.
