We have the pleasure of offering this early Minor 1000 for sale.
The Morris is undergoing a full restoration in our workshop and will be ready for Spring 2018!
It has been sympathetically welded where required and painted in its original, rare and very attractive Sage green underneath and inside. We will be carrying out a complete respray to include the engine bay and exposed internal surfaces.
The car retains its original registration number.
The engine is a correct 948cc unit (providence unknown, Heritage Certificate ordered) which we are in the process of overhauling. The correct smooth casing gearbox is present and has been stripped, inspected and overhauled.
The original dark green leather faced seats and rexine trims are present and in good usable condition. A new heading and carpets will be included in the screen price.
We will offer this Morris with renewed braking system, overhauled suspension including new uprights, new chrome trim, weather seals, wiring loom, tyres etc, 12 months MOT test and providing the screen price is paid, a 3 month Vermont Classics Ltd warranty.
