Supplied new by AFN Guidford, this UK car is a great looking 964 targa with excellent silver metallic paintwork and black refreshed targa hood.
There is great service history, with a nicely stamped service book with the usual mix of OPC and Porsche specialists. MOT’s dating back to 1996 and current fresh MOT until September 2018.
The car has just undergone a full inspection to rectify any work it required and has just benefitted from the all important extensive engine out service including a top end rebuild consisting of the necessary work to the oil seals, oil pipes, crankshaft seals, timing chain guides, Head set, new clutch etc and new or refreshed tinwear where required. There are no oil leaks and the car drives great.
It is not perfect as it has a few very minor age related marks but overall all panels are straight and there are no signs of rust or bubbling in the usual areas.
The interior is all good, the seats and especially the seat bolsters are very good for its age and all interior panels are in great condition. There are no aftermarket speaker holes so it retains its original front and rear speakers.
D90 alloys are in great condition with a good set of Contisport tires all-round.
It’s a great drivers car, drives with good pace, gearbox is all good and stops just as well. It’s a classic C2 manual with all of the necessary expensive service work completed and is a fine handling machine that is ready to use and enjoy rain or shine for many years to come.
