EXTERIOR
The Rio Red exterior paint is in fantastic condition on this MG ZS 180. The paintwork is in beautiful order and has a glass-like shine and clarity throughout. The red paint has not faded anywhere with age and it is in remarkable condition for the mileage. There is no rust, blemishes or scratches. All light lenses and trim retain a fresh appearance.
INTERIOR
The interior on this ZS is in great order. The Gunsmoke Alcantara is in an unworn condition throughout. The carpet, trim, switches are all in great condition. The dashboard and centre console are also in equally fine condition, with no cracks or sun damage to be found. The carpets are in an unworn state.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
This MG ZS 180 is powered by MG’s 2. 5-litre KV6 engine, mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. The car performs and drives as it should do, with the gearbox and clutch working very crisply and it is obvious that this is a car that has been cherished and owned by enthusiasts. There is plenty of power from the engine and it has a terrific sound especially under acceleration. The engine idles smoothly and is very quiet in all conditions. The engine bay of this example has just been given a light detail and now looks just as great as the rest of the car.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The 17-inch alloy wheels are in great condition and are shod in a set of tyres all with good tread.
HISTORY
This MG ZS 180 was first registered in March 2005 and has a full service history. The car comes with the original service book that has been filled out accordingly in addition to all invoices, all MOTs, original sales brochure and price list and even original bill of sale for just over £17, 000 back in 2005! The car comes complete with spare keys and all the original owner’s manuals are present. This car has therefore been maintained properly and is ready to be enjoyed on our roads.
