Its looks are a world away from the wide, mid-engined F512M that preceded it, but the 550 is now rightly regarded as a Pininfarina classic. Its performance is seriously impressive, even in the context of today's supercars: 0-62mph in 4. 4 seconds, and a top speed of 199mph.
