Only 89. 000 miles from new and she drives magnificently too
She has her original 2. 5 litre petrol engine mated with the 5-speed manual gearbox
Every nut and bolt has been replaced and there are receipts for over £20. 000!!!
Some of the restoration work included:
- New Marsland galvanised chassis, galvanised bulkhead, galvanised sills, galvanised door cappings
- All new brakes, pads, shoes, pipes and slave cylinders
- New clutch
- Genuine Webber carburettor replacement
- New soft top with Exmoor lining and back and side windows
- New tailgate
- Exmoor interior trim, with forward facing rear seats with interia reel seatbelts - Central FXC locking cubby
- Roversnorth door cards
- Custom leather wrapped Series 2 steering wheel
- Crystal headlights
- Twisted sump guard in original Limestone colour
- Wide offset Rostyle wheels in Limestone with BF Goodrich tyres
- Rostyle spare wheel
- Power steering wheel
- Heated windscreen
- 4 speakers & radio CB radio
She is quite the beauty and on the road the wheels do simply set her off - very clever to use the Range Rover wheel centres with outsized rims
We love her and against some new examples we think she's amazing value
