MGB Roadster – Heritage Re-shell/ Tuned 1860cc
Welcome to the sale of one of the nicest/ best sorted MGB Roadsters we have had through Milestone Classics
The car was originally supplied to University Motors London on 25th February 1969 and was totally re-stored using a new Heritage shell by Keith Breton Cars, Surbiton in 1997. The owner went for a no expense specification that included:
New shell in Tartan Red
Chrome wire wheels
Rebuilt Stage II engine
Mechanical overhaul
Lead free head
Walnut dash board
Biscuit leather trim
Motolita steering wheel
Stainless steel exhaust
Since the rebuild the car has covered just 14, 000miles, never been used in the rain and kept in a heated garage. The car drives superbly with the fast road engine delivering a sound track that makes the radio redundant.
The large history folder contains invoices and MOT’s since the rebuild, Heritatge certificate, photographs of the restoration, summary of previous owners etc.
MGB’s in this condition with this specification are rare to find and and the car will give years of pleasure to the lucky new owner
