Being sold as seen due to developing difficulty in going into reverse, and we believe it is the gear selector needing attention.
Mr Darcy's are offering for sale, this original P5 3 litre saloon Rover. Finished in admiralty blue, with biscuit interior, this is a great example of the P5. She was in storage for a number of years, but was recently recommissioned with a focus on keeping her as original as possible. She comes with a fully functioning 4 speed gearbox and Overdrive. That smooth 6 cylinder goes through the gears with ease, whilst also providing plenty of power for motorway cruising. She has some nice documentation on board, and includes the original invoice from Rowstock Corner garage in Berkshire UK, where she was supplied new in June 1967.
These are becoming hard to find, and this one is all original. Her paintwork shows some signs of ageing, but is a very honest Rover that is ready to use and enjoy. She is on an irish plate, but could be returned to her UK registration if required. NBL-245E
