If you are reading this advert, the motorcycle is STILL for sale. Fresh into stock, a July 1970 BSA Rocket 3 MKI with matching numbers. One of just 242 1970 BSA Rocket 3 produced and one of just 5, 897 bikes in total, so a very rare machine. Mileage of 24, 596 (KPH Speedo) is believed genuine. The bike was sold new in Germany and registered 5th October 1970. Now freshly back to this country. It has fitted a T160 clutch and clutch cover and comes with the T160 starter motor and cover. It was on the bike, but the owner took it off to make it more original. Runs and rides like it should, engine sounds great with no rattles or smoke. VERY sensibly priced, so be quick, it's not going to be here long!!
The motorcycle is not UK registered, but comes with NOVA and German Log book to show duties are paid and fort you to register it on a UK age related plate. Full written instructions are provided.
