1985 Rolls Royce Silver Spirit. Royal Blue metallic with Champagne upholstery and dark blue piping, Fawn Marvelon headlining and dark blue carpets. This classic Rolls Royce was supplied new on 29th August 1985 by Dutton Forshaw of Preston. It has had just 4 previous owners from new during its 40 year lifespan and has been well cared for during this time. It has an amazing service history with no less than 42 service stamps in two service books all carried out by Rolls Royce main dealers or specialists. It has been with its last keeper for 18 years and he has just part exchanged with us for a newer Rolls Royce. The car has actually covered 260, 000 miles but don’t let that put you off as this luxury cruiser has wanted for nothing. The engine was rebuilt at 212, 000 miles and performs beautifully today. Accompanying the car is a large file containing a huge amount of bills, invoices and old mot certificates as well as the original build sheets, order form and pdi paperwork from the factory, the original dealers wallet complete with owners handbooks and manuals completes the set. Presenting very well it certainly belies its age and miles with a deep lustre on the paintwork and sumptuous leather with minimal wear. Mechanically the car is just as impressive, running and driving just as a Rolls should gracefully wafting along the country lanes it has been regularly serviced and maintained and a fresh mot will be applied upon sale. The private registration plate stays with the car and it certainly looks far more expensive that the asking price.
