An original Yamaha Virago in blue with twin exhaust and sissy bar fitted. The bike was first registered on 1st November 1994 and has a new MOT with an expiry date of 5th September 2023. A genuine low mileage of 6, 485 for a 28 year old bike.
It is in generally good condition (see photos) and has the original 535cc engine. To the best of my knowledge it has only had one previous owner.
I bought the bike from a private seller, with full MOT on the 16th of July 2018 and have not ridden it on the road, since then it has been stored in my garage on a SORN.
The previous owner also kept the bike in his garage.
In September of this year, a new battery was fitted, the fuel system and carbs were stripped and cleaned and a new fuel line and filter was fitted. Prior to this the carbs were stripped and cleaned in 2018 (2 invoices provided). In both cases the work was carried out by a reputable local motorcycle sales and repair workshop.
The paint work and chrome work are generally good (see photos) there is some surface rust on the wheel rims and spokes.
There has been no historic damage to the vehicle. There is a small dent and scratch on the right of the rear mudguard (see photo) sustained during storage in my garage.
The seat is original and in good condition. Headlights, indicators, horn, neutral gear indicator, etc, are in good working condition.
The foot rests appear to be original and are very slightly worn.
On the two latest MOT's the bike has passed with no issues. To the best of my knowledge it has never been involved in an accident nor had any structural issues or welding.
