Hi and welcome to the sale of my lovely Rover 820.
Fitted with the rare manual gearbox and cloth/ velour interior.
Very low mileage, only covering 31k miles from new and just 1 previous owner.
Runs and drives very well, engine is smooth and responsive, the ride is comfortable and the gearbox operates as it should.
Has a stamped service history, cambelt was replaced at 26k miles.
Comes with original purchase invoice and owners book pack.
Bodywork is generally in good condition and the paint has a nice lustre but there are a couple of areas which could do with attention: o/ s front arch is showing some rust bubbling, rear bumper has some marks/ scuffs and the o/ s rear door handle has been badly painted with what looks like a touch up pen.

Interior is in great condition, the seats show minimal wear and crucially there is no dash lift as is very common on the 800 series.
MOT'd until August 2023, passed with no advisories.
Overall a nice low mileage and great driving example of the Rover 800 which can be used and enjoyed as is or improved further.
New battery just fitted for someone that spent 4 hours looking at and driving it, agreeing to buy it, then changing their mind!
