The time has come to part with my 1996 wrx v limited 0443/ 1000 I bought this car last year for a little fun but I’ve many many cars and I don’t really use it so it’s time for someone else to enjoy it. Over the time I’ve owned it, I’ve tidied up under bonnet, replaced vacuum lines and the intercooler hose, sourced and fitted under bonnet scoops as they were missing, replaced the dash as the old one was holed and covered with glue, replaced the front discs and pads, antiroll bar bushes and links, and gear linkage bushes. The car has 170000 on the clock, I’m guessing a mixture of miles and km. there wasn’t a huge amount of history with the car but I do have receipts for engine rebuild, aftermarket ecu and updated turbo. The cars runs and drives great and pulls well. I had a autowatch alarm and imobilizer fitted for insurance with two fobs, the cars had a lot of paint over the years has a few marks here and there, there’s a couple of small corrosion bubbles on the n/ s/ r wheel arch. The underside is solid apart from a small hole in the spare wheel well where the tail lights had no seals fitted which I’ve since corrected. The back of both sills are dented where someone has jacked it incorrectly. In summery it’s a good usable daily classic in good used condition but not perfect. Mot until 07/ 2023
