An enormous folder of history accompanies this beautiful Connaught Green Morgan from new. Every conceivable extra on the options list was ticked when the car was ordered and supplied by John Macdonald Racing to its first owner and shortly thereafter was sold and remained in the same diligent ownership for 30 years.
This is a very desirable pre-cat car which has covered only 66, 054 miles in total and runs 4 x downdraft Dellortos, Librands straight through twin system and stainless (balanced) manifolds resulting in a tractable ~230 BHP (and a sensational induction and exhaust note!) Additional features include:
- Koni telescopic damper conversion (rear) and fronts replaced
- Uprated 4-pot brake callipers with vented discs.
- Anti-tramp bar and Panhard rod
- Body colour 7” offset wire wheel conversion with triple eared knock-on hubcaps.

The bodywork and upholstery is marvelous with very light patina commensurate to the low mileage and enthusiasts' ownership.
In essence it is a Plus 8 ‘Supersports’ (Morgan never made such model, but arguably should have) which has averaged just 2, 000 miles per annum.
