1957 series 1 F Victor.
This is a extremely solid car with no significant corrosion as it has lived most of its life in South Africa.
It is now fully registered in the UK with a current V5 in my name.
The paintwork is very good and the interior is also excellent in original two tone blue vinyl. The chrome work is a mixture of good original re chromed and new old stock and presents very well.
It has all the desirable early model chrome details which were lost on the later models including the stainless steel tail pipe which exits through the drivers side bumper.
Mechanically it starts and drives well and has recently had the following new parts:wheel cylinders shoes clutch dynamo starter motor exhaust plus service parts. I bought the car in 2018 having always fancied an early F series Victor I was attracted by the rust free nature of this ex South African example.
I obtained all the necessary documentation including a certificate of manufacture from Vauxhall to register the car in the UK.
I have obtained and fitted many new parts including chrome work to bring the car up to the condition you see it in today.
Since buying the Victor I have purchased a Vauxhall velox which has left me with no long term storage and little time to drive an enjoy the Victor so it's time to let someone else to enjoy The Victor.
