Description
Externally the body is solid and rust free with unmarked paint in Silver Sand over Brown with matching coach lines. The lacquer top coat is unbroken giving a shine that belies the car’s age. Internally the cream upholstery is in excellent condition, unmarked and without stains or tears. The headlining is equally unmarked as are the carpets, overrugs and rear foot rests.
The interior veneers are all in very good condition with the exception of the front door caps which have some slight cracks.
Everything works as it should and on the road the car is a pleasure to drive. Power from the 6. 75 litre V8 is more than adequate. The steering is crisp and the car is shod correctly on Avon Turbosteels with very good tread depth.
The car comes with all paperwork, original manual and a quality fitted outdoor cover.
please note the private plate has been removed since photos. new registration is: YEL 723S. Highly original and completely solid Shadow in exceptional condition as befits only two previous owners, full service history and just 31, 958 miles. The car’s first owner kept it until about 2000 when it passed to its second owner who kept the car for twenty years. Sadly it was only passed on as part of his estate. The current owner acquired the car in 2020 and has spent over £5, 000 bringing it to its current high standard with work being carried out by marque specialists Nigel Sandell and Balmoral.
