1935 Lagonda Rapier with Zagato style 2 seat sports body.
Built at huge expense by LMB and completed in 2007. Their brief was to build the best Rapier without too much regard to the cost. A photo book detailing the restoration comes with the car.
Black with a black hide interior and black carpets it drives beautifully and is very quick with a 1560cc engine feed through an Eaton M45 supercharger. Drive is via a Riley gearbox and the brakes have been altered to hydraulic operation.
In current ownership since 2015 it has been well maintained with a new clutch (from an impossibly harsh racing one), the gearbox rebuilt, the brakes overhauled and the suspension properly set up.
