Austin 14/ 6 Goodwood
This old car is in great condition thanks to a total but sympathetic restoration in or around 1988, it has large barn doors so it would be an ideal for a wedding car business.
The first MOT in the history file is from May 2001 and the mileage was recorded as 00001. The paintwork is beautiful and it has the original leather brown interior.
Fitted with flashers to cope with modern traffic. (Semifor still present)
New clutch assembly fitted recently.
Steering is manual steering so you'll need your spinach to drive this away!
New roof lining but interior is original otherwise.
These cars have an adjustable steering column, sliding and height adjustable seats!
She has a 6 cylinder 1711 cc engine producing 52 BHP, starts on the button only requiring priming via the manual pump if she's been stood for a a few weeks.
Recent Battery.
A lot of interesting literature, including some from the Kit Head Trust (which is a registered charity which is registered as a national transport archive.) There are quite a number of car club magazines which will keep you reading for many hours.

Car is not perfect but it goes well and stands out its 85 years old!
its by no means a project its a great first practical classic.
She really is an outstanding example of the Austin Motor Company’s products.
