Originally imported from Australia c2010 and dry stored. This show winner 1977 Leyland Classic Mini Moke has had a modern twist full no expenses spared Nut and Bolt restoration carried out c2019 by previous owner who sadly passed away shortly after completion. It was dry stored until 2021 when I purchased it. Since in my ownership I've had a new old stock heater fitted, new bespoke quality Mohair Hood and sides made by Trimmania Ltd, Berkshire, replaced the radiator for one that has a drain plug for easy coolant changes. Whilst the radiator was off I replaced the 4 blade metal fan for an 11 blade. At the same time I did a full drain down and flushed the engine for piece of mind and replaced the water pump whilst I had access.
Engine is a 1275 Metro engine (original engine was 998) that has been rebuild. Car has only done 220 miles since restoration. Stone chip paint on the underside and treated with Lanoguard Underbody Protection. This is a one of a kind Classic Leyland Mini Moke. Runs as sweet as a nut. It's as clean as the pictures show. The Moke is Tax and MOT exempt. Kept in my heated garage during winter months. Car is like new. Even though this car is exempt, it has an MOT and Service history for the last two years in my ownership. MOT expires 10 May 2024.
