Selling my beloved 1968 Triumph Bonneville due to an ankle operation. Its the last of the best , 1968 was the last year of modifications before they changed the model to the oil in the frame version ( not as sought after)
I've ridden this over the French Alps and never missed a beat.
Known history,
I bought this bike in France when it had clip on drop handlebars from an old ex racer who had a collection of Triumph and Nortons. He had bought it while on holiday in London in the 90's from a renowned triumph restorer and it has done approximately 3000 miles since.
I have had it regularly serviced and changed the bars to give it more the Steve McQueen look for cruising around the English lanes.
There are some very small chips of paint due to being a very usable bike but would look at home in any collection. Fully imported back to UK with original number.
