Description

This GP100 is a combination of two motorcycles. In August of 2000 I purchased GP100 E785WBW, which was first registered 29/ 09/ 1987. In November of 2007 I purchased GP100 H545HLM, which was first registered 08/ 05/ 1991. The current combination is the engine of GP100 E785WBW in the frame of GP100 H545HLM. The reason for the configuration is due to the bike being stolen and then recovered, plus an accident. The scumbags who stole it used it until it ran out of fuel, then couldn't open the locking fuel cap to put more fuel in it. They left it in a field. Fortunately the police found it and recovered it. I also had an accident on it which did damage to the frame of E785WBW.
I bought the 2nd GP to provide the parts needed because of the damage done by the thieves and the accident. The bike runs well, is taxed and MOTed. I also have the remaining parts from the other GP, including the engine which has done less than 6000 miles. It is only missing a carbureter. That engine has not been started by me, so I can't tell you whether it is a functioning motor or not. It does turn over and has compression. It has been carefully stored.
The GP has been serviced on 12/ 07/ 2023. It also comes with a full fairing and mounting brackets designed for this GP100. It has a top box, which is extremely useful. I am selling it because I am going overseas for a few years and don't want it to rot away in the garage.
The reason for the higher than expected price is because you are getting an extra engine and a lot of parts and a fairing and a top box.
The bike also comes with a Suzuki tool kit, a Haynes Workshop Manual, and two Suzuki Owner's Manuals. I also have all the paperwork from servicing for the years I have owned the bikes. I have not included photos of all of the parts I have, just a selection. I bought this Suzuki to teach my sons how to ride. It has been used by me as a commuter and has even done some trips to London and Bristol. I love riding it. It is a lot of fun. I am a two Stroke fan and enjoy the power delivery it gives.
