For sale is my 1982 Yamaha RS200 2-stroke [a new classic?]
She has undergone extensive restoration including;
Paint job in its entirety
Powder coated frame and swingarm
New clutch plates and springs
New spokes
New tyres and inner-tubes
New chain and sprockets
Engine rebuild including re-bored cylinders and new pistons
Carburettor cleaned
New air-filter
New fork seals
New fluids all round
New brake shoes (drum brakes on both wheels)
Some new cables and wiring bits (can't remember which now, all look fair)
It will come with a freshly passed MOT at point of sale (booked in this week)
Selling due to new projects taking my interest, always want something new. I have left a touch of patina on this bike as it was the look I was going for. Meaning brushed steel in places instead of chrome and the chrome fenders aren't perfect but are rust free and have been painted thoroughly on the underside. All else is tip top brand spanking new.
