This learner legal 124cc motorcycle is an ideal starter bike or a commuter bike for someone looking for low cost transportation.
I bought the bike in February 2023 from Vertu Honda in Grantham to use whilst I obtained my full motorcycle licence. Now I have my full licence it’s time to let someone else make good use of this cracking little machine.
Cheap to tax (£22. 00 per year), cheap to insure and with a very economical & smooth engine returning 167mpg (as shown on the trip computer photo)
I’ve only ridden it in the dry and it has been stored in my garage. The paintwork and chrome are as new.
It features Honda’s low friction Enhanced Smart Power (ESP) engine and an Alternating Current Generator (ACG) starter, eliminating the need for a separate starter motor. It starts effortlessly and the auto choke soon settles down to idle.
Equipment includes digital dash with ECO meter. The dash, which sits behind, and is protected by the flyscreen, displays a range of functions including odometer, speed, gear indicator, clock, fuel, trip A & B, current & average fuel consumption, range.
Dealer fitted Oxford Heated Grips add to the comfort when out and about.
The dealer fitted Shad Topbox is a useful addition.
LED headlight and amber daytime running lights enhance visibility when out and about.
In addition to the side stand there is also a Centre Stand which is useful when carrying out routine maintenance to the chain and rear wheel.
