Tegiwa X Miltek exhaust system with manifold. This is a custom exhaust system made by Miltek in collaboration with Tegiwa specifically for the EP3 Type R. A renowned and proven system, this system is not obnoxiously loud or raspy because its made to comply with the Civic Cup regulations. Sound really nice. Video attached.
BC racing coilovers which are less than a year old in new condition. They are fully adjustable and towards its softest setting feels just like a standard Type R. Soaks up the bumps nicely and not crash or stuff at all. Compliments the car nicely. Have the receipt for these which cost just shy of £1, 000

Legendary K20A2 engine runs perfectly smooth as expected, iVTEC works as it should with no smoke or coolant usage. Always warmed up properly and never thrashed from cold, one of the quietest K20 engines I've heard.
Returns good mpg which is great for those long runs
6 speed Gearbox again is perfectly smooth with no crunching at any rpm, clutch is very good with biting point in middle where it should be, will not need replacing anytime soon plenty of life on it.
Gearbox oil changes have always been done on time with invoices to show.
Bodywork is really in outstanding condition, may have very minor age related marks but for the age it really is extremely clean, well kept and garaged. Absolutely no rust, underneath is superb. We've dealt in many Type s rest assured this is a solid example.
Absolutely no paint fade, laquer peel or bumper scuffs. Very straight panels.
Previous owner had the car detailed and ceramic coated as explained above.
Interior is in amazing condition to reflect the exterior and low mileage, zero wear on the fabulous seats or floor carpet, mats are well kept with no holes.
All plastic are clean, very fresh smelling, front seats have had seat covers on them for years protecting them. Never been smoked in or had pets inside.
