3. 5L Rover V8 with 5 Speed Manual Gearbox
Rare and unique paint finish - believed to be 1 of only 3 cars to leave the factory with 2-tone paint and the only one built in this magnificent "metallic walnut over gold" colour scheme. Complete with the desirable rear wing to really give it some 80’s character.
Registered in 1987, this car has had 7 owners and has covered approximately 65000 miles.
Mechanically sound with huge amounts of history, this car has had £1000’s spent on it over the last few years (both by myself and the previous owner), including:
New ignition amplifier
4-Pot big callipers on the front
New front discs and pads
New rear discs and pads
New HT leads and spark plug socks
Chassis painted
Polybush replacement bushes fitted
New water pump
New front tyres
Boot carpeting tidyed up
Full service completed last week, including replacement of all fluids, oil filter, spark plugs and fuel hoses.

Cosmetically, the car has some marks, reflecting its age, however everything is in great condition, given that it is over 35 years old. It stays dry inside on the rare occasion that it is out in the rain. And of course, the pop up headlights work, along with all of the other electrical features. It also sports the rare Cibie foglamps, complete with their covers to protect from stone chips.
I will be extremely sad to see this car go, as it has provided me with so much joy over the last two years. However, the time has come to let somebody else enjoy it, due to the potential arrival of a new carThis car is the personification of the late 80's. Its got the bold paintjob, its got the sporty rear wing, its got the two-tone Momo wheels. Every part of the car screams the 80's and screams "I am a TVR". And coupled with the sweet sound of the 3. 5L V8, this turns heads everywhere and brings smiles and joy to everybody who sees it.
Over the last two years, I have thouroughly enjoyed every drive I have had with it and if I was in a position to keep the car, I am sure I would continue to find every drive in the car to be special
