An early XJS which left the factory with 299bhp. The long-standing owner added AJ6 engineering super enhanced ECU and large throttle kit increasing power by nearly 10 percent.
This early HE model is among the more collectable XJS derivatives – more efficient than the earliest cars but still retaining their classic looks.
The original keeper sadly passed away leaving the car garaged a for some years, although started occasionally it needed a full recommissioning to do the car justice. Over £5, 000 has been spent to bring the car back to the condition it deserves to be in. This includes a full service, radiator repair, replacement power steering hose, replacement vacuum hoses, new coil, amplifier, distributor, and ignition kit. Refurbished brakes and alloy wheels. The car was Waxoyled or Dinitrol rust-treated from new and has always been garaged.
