1996 850R 97k UK car. Auto converted to manual with an uprated friction plate in the R pressure plate. M56h transmission
Fresh MOT and service with Millers 10w40 (September 2023)
Replaced in last 2 years:
PCV System
All new sachs shocks and springs
New discs and pads all round 302mm on the front
All New wheel bearings
New rebuilt stock turbo
New rad
Uprated intercooler and rip kit with silicone hoses
New Timing belt and aux belt (both 2022 95k miles)
Air con delete due to larger intercooler
Ram cone filter (have original panel filter box etc)
New cat
Uprated white injectors mapped ecu to around 260bhp
New Bosch fuel pump
New brake callipers
New boot rams
IPD top/ lower engine mount
US Indicators
New stage 2 clutch
New heater matrix
O/ S complete driveshaft and carrier bearing
New front arch liners and all arch liners removed and wire wooled/ under sealed behind them
6k glass out respray including new wings (have all the pictures of the process)
Bad bits:
Air box on its way out (whines for the first minute of driving then goes away)
Clutch pedal creaky once fully warmed up (release bearing)
Slight exhaust leak from mid section
Also have a Bosch 4. 4 ECU and 3 boxes of spare parts to go with it. Just can’t justify keeping it to drive a few miles a day to work and the gym.
Price reduced with me already buying another car.
