Exceptional, low mileage survivor car in original unrestored condition.
This very rare Opel Manta A is rust free. It has never been restored, has never had any welding work and does not need any. The car was imported to the UK from Italy in 1996. Since then and probably previously it has always been dry stored indoors.
Extensive UK MOT history since 1996 supports the indicated mileage of 59, 716km (37, 100 miles)
The interior, exterior and mechanical condition of the car also supports the indicated mileage. It drives beautifully.
The bodywork is in exceptional original condition. However the paintwork is slightly dull on the roof and bootlid. It may buff and polish. I haven't tried.
I have fitted period Opel Rallyes with new tyres but the car also comes with its original fitment steel wheels with hub caps and trim rings. It comes with two sets of original keys and is fitted with an immobiliser.
Any inspection welcomed. The underside of the car may be examined on an indoor hoist as pictured.
The price may represent a higher outlay than buying a worn out rusted wreck but any professional restorer will tell you that buying a very good, low mileage original car makes far more economic sense than spending many thousands more and hundreds of hours of hard work trying to restore a rusted wreck.
