This truly stunning, right-hand drive "RHD", Lamborghini Diablo is certainly one for the serious Lamborghini collector. UK-delivered Lamborghini Diablos were produced in very small numbers, and currently there are only 88 Lamborghini Diablo’s licensed or on SORN (Statutory off Road Notification) on the road today with only one Diablo in the colour, metallic Agate Grey.
Specifications include: Metallic agate grey paint, black leather interior, electric windows, sports seats, electric door mirrors, central locking, CD player, black leather, climate control, adjustable steering wheel, 5-speed manual gear box, metallic paint, 18 inch rear wheels, 17 inch front wheels, alarm and sports exhaust system.
This Diablo has stunning road-presence and features a chrome sport exhaust with a lions roar which is not for the faint hearted.
History Of the Lamborghini Diablo:
In January 1990, Automobili Lamborghini S. p. A. introduced their latest mid-engine, high performance sports car, and in keeping with their tradition of naming their cars after legendary fighting bulls known as "Diablo". The two door, rear-wheel drive, mid-engine coupé is powered by a 5. 7 litre, V12 and about 490 horses found their way to the tarmac through a 5-speed manual transmission, resulting in a 0-60 time of 4. 5 seconds and a top speed of 202 mph.
Made from 1990, the Lamborghini Diablo was the successor of the iconic Countach, and the model that paved the road for the Murcielago, which was eventually replaced by the modern Aventador.
IMPORTANT NOTE - Car History:
The car is currently on a SORN. It is a fine example of a classic car 30 years old and has been owned by the current owner for the last 27 years, since 7 June 1996. The car which had been an investment has not been used for some time.
The car has 4 new tyres and a new battery. A new fuel pump, a new fuel filter and 2 air filters which are required to be fitted are also included in the sale.
Some touch up repainting, some attention to electrics and a full service will also be required and can be discounted from the final sale price.
The car is absolutely stunning, however is being listed as in average condition and being sold as a non-runner, as it will need a new fuel pump and fuel filter to be fitted, which is being supplied as part of the sale to the new owner.
