This is an extremely rare 1934 bronze head Sunbeam 95R of which only 4 were made.
This is the second time that it?s come up for sale in 70 years, I have owned it for the past 22 years and it?s time to move it on.
I have the old log book with this bike which shows the previous owners and the engine and frame numbers which are still the same now it also retains its original registration number.
Two of the previous owners raced at the TT and apparently this bike raced at the TT in 1934 but I do not have any hard evidence of this, it does have a larger oil and petrol tank and air scoop to the front brake.
The bike was refurbished in 2003 by Sunbeam specialist Chris Odling and the bike has had very little use since.
I would consider taking an oily rag bike in part payment plus cash difference, Sunbeam, Norton, Royal Enfield.
The bike is in storage in Bedfordshire and can be viewed by arrangement .
