This bike was imported in 1994 believed to an american export.
I have known the bike from 2008 when a former work mate put it on the road. During 2006/ 7 the bike underwent a nut and bolt restoration commissioned by the work mate invoices and paperwork in the folder support this. I had always admired the bike and asked for first refusal if he decided to sell, In April 2017 i was the proud owner and have looked after her ever since. Kept in a dry garage and only taken out in the sunshine. Like her previous owner i have got to the stage in life where she is difficult to move about in the garage etc and knee issues have meant that starting has become painful. I have seen similar bikes priced at £15/ £21k from dealers this one is priced to sell. I have today reduced the price 23-11 and would consider close offersThis particular type of scrambler was the stead of Steve Mcqueen in many successful competitions. He also used one in the film the great Escape but deguised as a german BMW.
