The engine has been replaced with a 2 litre turbo Peugeot/ Citroen unit having £15000 spent (see invoices and list of parts). The standard power is 150bhp which is 20hp more than the standard 1. 9 gti engine. With a second ECU offering 280bhp that can be accessed at the flick of a switch this becomes an absolute beast and only for the true enthusiast who is able to drive.
With brake disks all round and updated suspension it also stops and handles very well.
Every inch of this car is pristine and you will struggle to find a better of more interesting 205 GTi.
