1966 LHD Forest Green Sunbeam Tiger (MK 1A) - NO RESERVE
This is an original Tiger, the car has matching engine, gearbox and body tags in accordance with the documented build record.
The car has had neccesary metalwork comleted to a high standard and is in primer ready for paint. The body was soda blasted to bare metal 2 years ago and has been sat in dry store since, the coat of wash primer on the exterior will need to be removed before paint as being so thin it has started to stain. Everything you can see is metal or lead, there is no filler anywhere. It will need some surfacing around exterior repairs but no more than usual. All the hard work has been done, the body should go straight to the paint shop.
The original 4 speed gearbox has been reconditioned.
There are boxes and boxes of new parts, some new old stock, please see images.
The car has an original 75, 000 miles.
The car has its original 260 engine and gearbox and is complete excepting carpets, windscreen glass (frame is there) and probably the trunk board. There is a NOS mild steel exhaust but its been in store many years.
Wheels are standard original disc wheels complete with old tyres and bright trim rings and hubcaps.
