Description
Extremely rare 1934 bronze head Sunbeam 95R.
This is only the second time this bike has come up for sale in 70 years, I have owned it for the past 23 years and it’s time to let someone else have the pleasure in owning it.
Legend suggests it was one of the bikes that raced at the Isle of Man in 1934 there is no documentary evidence to prove this however there are components on the bike that are not standard which would have been fitted.
I have a continuation old style log book that shows two of the previous owner raced in the Isle of Man.
The frame and engine numbers match those on the old log book and there is a continuous paperwork trail up to my ownership.
The bike was rebuilt in 2003 by Chris Odling and has had little use since.
