Description
1950 Sunbeam S7 Deluxe.
It has a long history of paperwork, detailed info, dating certificate, etc that go back decades.
The bike is in tidy ‘oily rag’ condition with circa 2000 miles since it was fully restored in 2012. The paintwork is presentable but not immaculate and there are some slight blemishes. All the tinware is metal, not fibreglass. It has an age-related non-transferable number.
It has been sitting in its shed for about 2 years as its Amal 276DO carburettor keeps overflowing and, very regrettably, I cannot find the time to fix it. Apart from that it is in good running order.
Recently, it fell from its lift and the headlight got damaged. The glass broke, the ring is dented and the right-hand shroud broke the support, however weldable. The cost to replace the parts is circa £350 already deducted in the price. Please see photos.
