Fantastic Suzuki GS 500, just been completely recommissioned after being stored indoors for most of it's life. Original owner purchased from Meys Suzuki in Germany where he was working. On his retirement he brought it back to England but gave up riding.
Bike was then recommissioned by Colin Appleyard motorcycles late last year including the following:- carbs fully stripped and cleaned with all new internals to E10 proof, tank Flowlinered for E10, all seals replaced, new fuel lines and protective sleeves, new fuel tap, new battery, spark plugs, brake fluid, fork seals, tyres [Bridgestone].
I purchased the bike in October 2023 and changed the KPH speedo which showed 2750 kms [1750mls] for a brand new one , receipt available, reading MLS/ Hr. Original speedo available.
I have since done less than 30 miles and have a new MOT from point of sale even though according to DLVC it is MOT, d until August 2024.
I am myself now giving up biking so now selling what must be the nearest thing to a new bike as possible, it is in fantastic condition and rides as it should.
Bike comes with workshop manual and choice of lifts. This bike is in amazing condition and everthing works as it should. Paint work is faultless and all original stickers are as it left the factory. Beautifull machine first to see will buy.
