** Update**
Car is now in having the minor work done (which seemed to put a lot of people off). Interior fans tested (all working). Circuit board for HVAC being looked at. Wiper motor / mechanism sourced and being fitted. Speedo sender being looked at (+ more).
I will also look to MOT it. If I MOT it, then I will relist with the price adjust.
1995 (M Reg) Maserati Ghibli Series II ABS 2. 8 V6 Twin Turbo. RHD + Manual!

Dry stored since 2018.
Taken off the road for some work but plans changed due to priorities (age and health of previous owner).
Drives nicely with bags of torque from the 2. 8 V6 Twin Turbo and boosts well.
Looks exactly like the pictures indicate.
It's not mint (but it's not £25k - £30k either).
Low mileage.
Original Maserati book pack/ wallet.
HUGE amount of service history with Meridian Majestic / Meridian Modena (Maserati/ Ferrari main dealers) + James Paul Cars.
2 Original Maserati Keys / Fobs.
Great history all kept in chronological order inside plastic sheets within an A4 ring binder. Well documented including old MOTs / invoices etc. Original stamped service book + print outs from main dealers.
Additional full engine rebuild by Maserati Main Dealer under warranty (1999) included brand new heads. Details of at least 2 x timing belt replacements logged in the original Maserati service book.
Some nice, rare extras includes:
- Maserati Ghibli "Cup" pedals
- Maserati Ghibli "Cup" Momo Corse steering wheel.
- Maserati "Mille Miglia" Alloys ( < 20 miles since powder coating).
Rebuilt differential (Please note - since it was refitted, the electric speedo sender has not worked / disconnected).
The mileage is very close to what's displayed and well below 70k miles from new, give or take (as has been off road since).
It's had sensible work done to remove the electronic damper control. 3 of the 4 dampers have already been done. The modification was designed and supplied by Bilstein Technical themselves, in Leicester - and bespoke for this particular car! (All brand new parts fitted + remaining parts included in the sale to complete). Could be left as it is or just wait until ready (or inclined!).

I’m sure there are more bits (and the buyer can take everything).
Mechanically good.
New thermostat fitted.
New genuine Maserati expansion tank (original was pin-holed) and there are no cooling issues.
Full stainless steel Larini exhaust with original invoice (This has had a repair below as the exhaust scraped a speed bump).
Transmission is good. The clutch engages fine, and the gears are precise and change nicely. There is an occasional thrust bearing rattle (which goes away when the clutch is depressed). You may not even notice it, but am purely pointing out for reference so all things considered - does not affect drive in any way).
Drives arrow straight.
Steering is sharp and direct.
Brakes are excellent.
Stops well and pulls up in a straight line.
It's got a battery isolator fitted (it's been kept on a maintainer so the battery is spot on). The alternator has also been rebuilt with a new belt fitted. Air con was re-gassed at the same time.
Since being off the road:
As mentioned above, the wipers aren’t working (which as far as I know is the only thing needed before it could be put in for an MOT).
The heater / air con worked fine but isn't turning on at present.
Air con was regassed shortly before work.
The off-white leather interior is very nice.
Maserati over mats and Ghibli scripted high gloss veneer trim.
Alpine stereo. Thatcham approved alarm (with certificate).
Central locking works on the button, as does immobiliser (both have spares). Car unlocks on the fob and and starts immediately.
Metallic grey paintwork looks great as the pictures show * but there is some microblistering here and there. It's by no means terrible (see pics) but could be improved upon as and when.
There is some rust on the inside of the bonnet just beneath the front Maserati grille (which is only visible when bonnet is lifted).
I'd planned to tackle the MOT it in the spring in time for the summer (and will still do if it doesn't sell!). If no luck with the sale I'll happily keep it.
Any inspection welcome. RHD + Manual! Less than 70k miles. Huge history, largely main dealer.
