Land Rover Series 2a, 1963, 88", diesel. A full nut and bolt restoration onto a galvanised chassis.

All original parts refurbed or sourced.
All new brake lines and hoses fitted and connected to a duel braking circuit.
New clutch
New galvanised chassis, rebuilt front and rear axels with parabolic suspension and gas shock absorbers. All steering components replaced with new parts.

New light units and electrical components were fitted with an improved fusing arrangement.

Entirely original inside, three elephant grey seats across the front, and the two speed original flat heater which is surprisingly effective! Bench seats in rear.
Overall a fantastic restoration, running smooth and quiet for a 61 year old, easily keeps up with modern traffic. Wonderful example this series and sad to be parting with her!
