1954 Daimler Conquest Century in Champagne Silver and in very good condition with the odd blemish and mark here and there, and the chrome work is good with the odd blemish and the hub caps are not too bad either, after all it is 70 years old. It has been used as a wedding car for the past few years, it is reliable and a pleasure to drive with its smooth pre-select gearbox and it has a good heater. The wood trim and headlining are all in good condition, along with the tyres (please see photo's) There is a binder full of receipts and a maintenance/ repair work binder with work carried out since my ownership. Everything works apart from the interior lamp, screen washers, radio and the rev counter is beginning to flicker and the temperature gauge no longer works, otherwise all OK. It has indicators fitted and the semaphores still work, complete with jack, wheel brace, starting handle and almost complete toolkit in the boot. The car comes with a lot of history, including repair & maintenance receipts, it had a engine rebuild, unleaded conversion, electronic ignition. Front brake shoes, brake hose to master cylinder, brake fluid, front hub seals, thermostat, hoses, antifreeze, engine oil & filter, rocker cover and side plate gaskets have all been replaced. It has some tax discs from over the years and several valuation certificates. The Red leather interior, door cards and carpet has been changed to Grey and it was used as a wedding car over the past few years until recently. It has a current V5 and it's original Green log book.
