I’ve bought this car nearly 2 years ago. It was parked on the side of the road for quite some time. It is difficult not to spot it. It took me almost a month to track down the owner and make an offer. It is a rare model with original A/ C.
A perfect opportunity if you are looking for a project car.
I bought it to work on it and restore it as a hobby. I’ve really enjoyed working on it and driving it around London. Annoyingly, nowadays I don’t have enough time to spare to keep working on it as I have a very demanding job. I feel bad letting it sit on my driveway and would like to sell it to someone who is able to look after it.
The engine runs but not very consistently. It needs a fine tuning of carburetors and timing. When it runs right, the V12 sounds incredible.
Bodywork isn’t in great shape. There is a fair amount of visible rust and bubbling especially on the lower side of the body. The same thing applies to the interior. It requires a full new trim. My focus was getting the engine to run consistently before starting with the aesthetics.
I have the paperwork and some service history from previous owners as well as the original booklet.
